Local

Turning up on the map.

If your customers have to be nearby, the map results matter more than anything else on the page — and most reporting never looks at them.

Planned

Not built. Local work is mostly about your Google Business Profile rather than your website, and that's a separate connection with its own permissions. It comes after the core loop.

What it covers

None of this is running yet.

Every card carries its real build state. We don't describe something as working until it is.

Map pack position

Planned

Whether you show up in the little map box, checked from where your customers actually are rather than a national average.

Profile health

Planned

Categories, services, hours, attributes. Dull fields that genuinely move local ranking and are nearly always half done.

Reviews

Planned

New reviews, rating changes, and a suggested reply. You always send it, never us.

Location pages

Planned

Whether yours exist, whether they're actually different from each other, and whether Google has them.

Matching details

Planned

Your name, address and phone number matching everywhere. Getting this wrong is a free handicap.

Local markup

Planned

The behind-the-scenes code that tells Google what you are and where — built from what's actually true.

How we think about it

1

The profile beats the website

For most local businesses the Google profile does more work than the site. Treating local as a website problem is why so much local advice underdelivers.

2

Where you stand changes the answer

Local rank shifts street by street. A single position number tells you very little about the edge of your patch.

3

Thin town pages backfire

Twenty pages with the town name swapped is a well-known way to look like spam. Only worth building where there's something real to say.

4

Reviews get earned

We'll help you spot and answer them. We will not write them.

Limits

What we won't do.

  • No fake reviews. Not written, not solicited against platform rules, not incentivised. Not at any price.
  • No invented locations or keyword-stuffed business names — short-term tricks with long-term costs.
  • What's possible depends on what Google's API actually allows, and we'll say so plainly.
