White label

Your name on it. All the way down.

Half-hearted white labelling — your logo on the report, our name in the email footer — is worse than none. It advertises exactly what you were trying not to advertise.

Planned

Not built. It's listed because it changes how reports, email and domains have to be architected, and retrofitting it later is notoriously painful.

What it covers

None of this is running yet.

Every card carries its real build state. We don't describe something as working until it is.

Reports

Planned

Logo, colours, cover, contact details and footer — as PDF, a live link, or an email summary.

The portal

Planned

Logo, favicon, colours, platform name and login page, so what your client logs into reads as yours.

Your domain

Planned

Served from your own subdomain rather than ours.

Your sender address

Planned

The detail most tools get wrong. Reports get forwarded, and an unfamiliar sender undoes everything else.

Client-safe views

Planned

Clients see the work and the results. Not our costs, agent versions or internal diagnostics.

Report language

Planned

Per client, including markets we don't serve ourselves.

How we think about it

1

Designed in, not bolted on

Every customer-facing string and email template has to assume someone else's brand from the start. That's why most platforms only manage a logo in the corner.

2

Email is the hard part

Domain authentication is part of the feature, not a footnote — otherwise the branding falls apart the moment a report is forwarded.

Limits

What we won't do.

  • White labelling covers branding, not claims. Reports for your clients follow the same accuracy rules as this site.
  • Custom domains need real DNS and certificate setup. It'll be documented honestly, not described as instant.
